The State Tobacco Monopoly Administration has issued three revised e-cigarette regulations for public feedback on logistics, trading, and investment. The revised regulations include the "Regulations on the Management of E-cigarette Logistics" (Guoyanban [2022] No. 77) issued on June 2, 2022, and the "Regulations for the Management of E-Cigarette Transactions (Trial)" (Guoyanban [2022] No. 77). The draft for public consultation is divided into six chapters with 32 articles, and the main changes include clarifying definitions, amending regulations for issuing logistics documents, and adding new management requirements. Organizations or individuals can submit their opinions by emailing hehuandzy@tobacco.gov.cn from April 25 to May 8, 2024.
