On April 13, 2026, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) released the disclosure results of the approval for the second batch of new chemical substances environmental management routine registration certificates in 2026. In accordance with the Regulations on Open Government Information of the People's Republic of China (State Council Order No. 711), the ministry announced the list of approved registrations under its chemical environmental management system. 1. 1,2-cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid 1-butyl 2-(phenyl methyl)ester 2.
