The Ministry of Industry and Trade is seeking stakeholder comments on a draft Circular establishing a list of medium- and high-risk products under its regulatory scope. The draft is developed in line with key laws on product quality and technical regulations, aiming to strengthen risk-based management and compliance. Agencies and organizations are invited to submit feedback by April 25, 2026, to support finalization before official issuance.
