Dorota Hinca is a professional Cosmetic Safety Assessor. With over 11 years of experience, Dorota has gained extensive expertise in various areas, including cosmetic product formulation, safety and efficacy testing, claims substantiation, and Regulatory Affairs. She has pursued her higher education in Cosmetic Chemistry. At Freyr, she is the Safety Assessor and Regulatory Affairs Specialist solely dedicated to the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) markets. In her day-to-day work, she helps clients ensure the safety of their products and comply with the ever-changing cosmetic regulations.
certified Toxicologist and IBERA Diplomate with over 14 years of experience in consumer product safety and regulatory compliance. Along with Sanjay, he leads cosmetovigilance activities at Freyr, supporting adverse event management, regulatory reporting, and post-market safety surveillance for cosmetic products. His expertise includes reviewing product safety assessments, evaluation outcomes, and labels to ensure that safety and risk-mitigation information is accurately and consistently communicated in line with applicable global regulatory requirements.
Sanjay Talreja is a EUROTOX Registered Toxicologist and DABT-certified expert with over a decade of experience in regulatory affairs and toxicological risk assessment across global markets. He leads multidisciplinary regulatory and toxicology teams, delivering compliance strategies and market authorization support for cosmetics, personal care products, biocides, pesticides, and cleaning products. He also brings hands-on cosmetovigilance experience, supporting adverse event management, and post-market safety compliance for cosmetic products.
