Dorota Hinca is a professional Cosmetic Safety Assessor. With over 11 years of experience, Dorota has gained extensive expertise in various areas, including cosmetic product formulation, safety and efficacy testing, claims substantiation, and Regulatory Affairs. She has pursued her higher education in Cosmetic Chemistry. At Freyr, she is the Safety Assessor and Regulatory Affairs Specialist solely dedicated to the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) markets. In her day-to-day work, she helps clients ensure the safety of their products and comply with the ever-changing cosmetic regulations.
Maggie is EU/UK Safety Assessor and Delivery Team Lead at Freyr. Being an accomplished professional with over 8 years of expertise in the Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs sector, she specializes in European Union and United Kingdom Regulations. Holding degrees in Biotechnology and Cosmetics Chemistry, she brings multidisciplinary approach and extensive knowledge of dermato-cosmetic sciences, bolstered by postgraduate certifications in Safety Assessment. Trusted for providing expert advice targeted for EU and UK markets, she is a dynamic professional shaping the landscape of Cosmetics Safety and Regulatory Matters.
Antonio Catalano is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in the Cosmetic Industry, specialising in regulatory affairs, marketing and innovation. As Technical Director, RA and QA Lead of a contract manufacturing organisation, he has managed the design, R&D and manufacture of a wide range of cosmetic, medical device and OTC products for markets in Europe, USA, China and the Middle East.
Holding an M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, an M.Sc. in Cognitive Systems and Interactive Media, and an MA in BIoethics, his work combines technical expertise with a strategic marketing perspective to ensure that products not only meet regulatory standards but also resonate with consumers. In Freyr he specialises in Product Compliance and CPSR safety assessments as Regulatory Affairs Manager, with a keen eye on product design and development.
