,On December 16, 2025, the Central Inspection Institute issued the "Technical Guiding Principles for the Research of Anti-Hair Loss Cosmetics (Trial)" and the "Technical Guiding Principles for the Research of Raw Materials Related to the Efficacy of Anti-Hair Loss Cosmetics (Trial)" to standardize and guide research in the anti-hair loss cosmetic sector. This issuance follows the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics" and the "Administrative Measures for the Registration and Filing of Cosmetics," as well as relevant laws and regulations. The guidelines aim to assist cosmetic developers, researchers, and registrants in conducting scientific research and compliance with regulatory requirements. The issuance complies with the "Notice of the General Department of the State Food and Drug Administration on the Issuance of Working Procedures for the Issuance of Technical Guiding Principles for Cosmetics" (Food and Drug Administration Comprehensive Cosmetics [2022] No. 32).
