On 09 December 2025, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in the European Union published the Draft Community Rolling Action Plan (CoRAP) update for 20262028 under the REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. The draft outlines substances suspected of posing risks to human health or the environment and sets priorities for substance evaluation over the next three years. The draft CoRAP includes 28 substances, comprising 8 new substances, with 17 substances planned for evaluation in 2026, and 10 substances scheduled for evaluation in 2027 and 2028. One substance from the current CoRAP has been proposed for withdrawal after authorities concluded that existing data sufficiently addressed the initial concerns. The draft provides non-confidential substance identities, grounds for concern, and the Member State authorities responsible for evaluation. Prepared in close cooperation with Member States, the draft was submitted to the Member State Competent Authorities and the ECHA Member State Committee on 27 November 2025.
