The amendment is issued pursuant to Article 21 of the Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances (K-REACH) and Article 28 of its Enforcement Rules. Key changes in the amendment: A. Attached Table No. 1 (New Chemical Substances): Updates or corrections to the chemical substance names (and possibly related hazard information) for a large number of specific unique numbers (e.g., 2018-136, 2018-384, up to 2020-238 - a total of 68 listed entries). B. Attached Table No. 2 (Existing Chemical Substances): 1) Revisions to hazard review results for unique numbers 2025-564, 2025-568, 2025-575, 2025-599, and 2025-603. 2) Addition of 56 newly designated existing chemical substances with unique numbers from 2026-715 to 2026-770. Effective date: The amendment takes effect immediately on the date of announcement (March 10, 2026). This notice reflects routine but significant maintenance of Korea's chemical hazard database under K-REACH, ensuring accurate and up-to-date hazard information for registered new chemicals and designated existing chemicals.
