Spring & Mulberry has updated and expanded its voluntary recall originally issued on January 12, 2026. The recall, which initially applied only to the Mint Leaf flavor, has now been extended to additional flavors and lot codes due to possible contamination with Salmonella.
The expansion follows further assessment conducted in consultation with the FDA, after identifying that additional production lots were manufactured during the same time period and on the same equipment as the originally recalled product.
Health Risk: Salmonella can cause serious and potentially fatal infections, particularly in:
1.Young children
2.Elderly individuals
3.Immunocompromised persons
Symptoms may include fever, diarrhea (possibly bloody), nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. In rare cases, severe complications such as arterial infections, endocarditis, or arthritis may occur. Consumers experiencing symptoms are advised to seek medical attention promptly.
