UK Public Register of Reprocessors and Exporters under Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for Packaging

On 26 February 2026, the UK Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) updated the public register listing all operators registered and accredited under Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for packaging. The register includes reprocessors and exporters approved by the Environment Agency (EA), Natural Resources Wales (NRW), the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), and the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA). It provides transparency on accredited operators and is updated weekly or whenever an operator’s registration or accreditation is suspended or cancelled. The register supports compliance with UK EPR rules, ensuring accountability and facilitating accurate reporting and recycling of packaging waste.
