"On November 11, 2025, the World Trade Organisation (WTO) circulated a notification titled ""Amendments to the List of Ingredients Restricted in Cosmetic Products"", at the request of the delegation of the separate customs territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu. The purpose of this notification is to provide the final texts of ''Amendments to the List of Ingredients Restricted in Cosmetic Products'' and relevant dates of its implementation. The draft texts notified in G/TBT/N/TPKM/559 were adopted with minor changes.
Following are some of the Ingredients Restricted in Cosmetic Products:
Allantoin 
Aluminum potassium bis(sulfate)
Alcloxa
Bismuth nitrate,basic
Urea
Zinc 4-hydroxybenzene sulphonate

This notified measure enters into force on 1 October 2027"
