Following an application submitted by Arysta Life science Benelux Srl under Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, EFSA evaluated a request to modify the maximum residue level (MRL) for dodine in honey. Based on the data provided, EFSA concluded that the proposed MRL is adequately supported and that validated analytical methods are available for enforcement at a limit of quantification (LOQ) of 0.01 mg/kg. The assessment found that both short-term and long-term dietary exposure to dodine residues in honey, resulting from approved agricultural uses on melliferous crops, is unlikely to pose a risk to consumer health.
