"the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the Philippines issued Advisory No. 2025-1556, warning healthcare professionals and the general public against the purchase and consumption of the unregistered food supplement “3L SOLUTION Hyaluskin Booster Max Premium.”

The FDA confirmed through online monitoring and post-marketing surveillance activities that the product has not been issued a Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) and is therefore considered unauthorized for manufacture, importation, distribution, sale, promotion, or advertising in the Philippine market. As the product has not undergone the FDA’s evaluation process, the authority stated that it cannot assure the quality, safety, or efficacy of the supplement.

In accordance with Republic Act No. 9711, also known as the Food and Drug Administration Act of 2009, the FDA emphasized that all health products must obtain proper authorization before being made available to consumers. Establishments found to be distributing, selling, or promoting the unregistered product may be subject to regulatory enforcement actions and sanctions.

The FDA directed all concerned establishments to immediately cease the distribution and sale of the product. Local authorities were requested to ensure that the product is not available in their respective jurisdictions, while the Bureau of Customs was urged to restrain the importation and exportation of the product and other unregistered food supplements.

The FDA noted that the Market Authorization Holder may request the lifting of the advisory by formally submitting proof of a valid CPR, along with comprehensive photographic evidence of the compliant final product presentation, for official verification and validation."
