"On 23 October 2025, the World Trade Organisation (WTO) circulated ""Technical Regulation for Personal Care Products"". This technical regulation have six chapters and describe about general obligations of manufacturer, importer, distributor and basic requirements, conformity assessment, responsibilities of competent authorities and final provisions related to violations and penalities respectively. Comments are due by 22 November 2025."
