She holds degrees in Biotechnology and Cosmetic Chemistry, bringing a multidisciplinary approach and deep expertise in dermato-cosmetic sciences, further strengthened by postgraduate certifications in Safety Assessment. Known for delivering expert guidance tailored to EU and UK markets, Maggie is a dynamic professional contributing to the evolving landscape of cosmetic safety and Regulatory affairs.

    

Dorota Hinca is a Safety Assessor and Regulatory Affairs Team Lead with over 15 years of experience in the Cosmetics industry. She brings extensive expertise in cosmetic product development, safety and efficacy testing, claims substantiation, and Regulatory compliance. Dorota holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Quality Science, further strengthened by a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research Monitoring & Coordination and advanced training in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, giving her expertise that extends beyond Cosmetics.

Combining strong scientific knowledge with strategic, leadership, and project management skills enhanced through her Executive MBA program, Dorota helps organizations navigate complex Regulatory environments and drive Regulatory excellence in the beauty industry. At Freyr, she is exclusively dedicated to supporting clients in the EU and UK markets, guiding beauty brands through evolving regulations to ensure full compliance, while supporting product safety, innovation, and market competitiveness.

    

Antonio Catalano is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in the Cosmetic Industry, specializing in Regulatory affairs, marketing, and innovation. As Technical Director, RA and QA Lead of a contract manufacturing organization, he has managed the design, R&D, and manufacture of a wide range of cosmetic, medical device, and OTC products for markets in Europe, the USA, China, and the Middle East.

Holding an M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, an M.Sc. in Cognitive Systems and Interactive Media, and an MA in Bioethics, his work combines technical expertise with a strategic marketing perspective to ensure that products not only meet Regulatory standards but also resonate with consumers. In Freyr, he specializes in Product Compliance and CPSR safety assessments as Regulatory Affairs Manager, with a keen eye on product design and development.
