Operational & Supply Chain Responsibilities 

  • Manages product recalls, batch withdrawals, complaints, and safety alerts in direct coordination with health authorities and stakeholders.
  • Ensures payment of all Regulatory and administrative fees for product registration and renewals.
  • Monitors product availability and must follow NPRA’s procedures for reporting shortages or discontinuation, in accordance with the latest guidelines.

Continuous Obligations  

  • Maintains compliance with all new NPRA policies, such as e-labeling, pharmacovigilance improvements, timely product variation reporting, and any new directives announced.
  • Acts as the single point-of-contact for the Ministry of Health, NPRA, and other Regulatory bodies regarding the product.
