On December 4, 2025, Chinas Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) publicly disclosed the approval results for the 10th batch of new chemical substance environmental management routine registration certificates in 2025. In accordance with Chinas environmental management requirements for new chemical substances, the MEE approved 7 new chemical substances that met regulatory requirements and were granted routine registration certificates for import or production. The approved substances include, among others: 1. (1 R,3S)-3-aminocyclopenta-1-ol of benzoate 2. Nitrobenzoic acid [(dihalo-alkoxyaryl)-dialkyl-(polyhalogenalkyl)tetrahydrofuranyl] ester 3. N-(9-fluorenemethoxycarbonoxyoxy)succinimide 4. Diethoxymethane solution of polyhalo-hydroxy-alkyl alkanone 5. The esterification reaction product of vegetable oil fatty acids with [alkyl poly(monocycloxy)]poly[alkanol] 6. 1,3,5-trifluorobenzene 7. 6-methyl-5-octene-2-one
