Hazardous chemicals are defined as substances with toxic, corrosive, explosive, flammable, or oxidizing properties that may pose risks to human health, infrastructure, and the environment. The announcement takes immediate effect, requiring enterprises involved in the production, storage, use, transport, or trade of these chemicals to comply with regulatory obligations, including registration and licensing under the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals.
