Its implementation follows the procedures outlined in the Ouro Preto Protocol, ensuring harmonization among Mercosur member states. According to Article 2, the rule will enter into force simultaneously across all States Parties 30 days after the Mercosur Secretariat confirms that each country has incorporated the resolution into its internal legal system. This coordinated enforcement supports regional regulatory consistency. Additionally, the effective date of the resolution will be officially announced through publication in the Official Gazette of the Nation, in line with Article 40 of the Ouro Preto Protocol. Article 3 outlines administrative steps, including communication to relevant institutional bodies, sectoral chambers, and the National Directorate of the Official Registry for publication and record-keeping purposes.
