The workshop will deliver policy-linked, implementation-focused guidance on evolving labour, trade, and export-finance frameworks that directly influence market access, supply-chain efficiency, and compliance management. Key thematic sessions will address the new labour codes and their industrial compliance impact (PwC), the role of FTAs and associated export documentation and regulatory requirements (Mr. Mihir Shah, Universal Connections), the Credit Guarantee Scheme for Exporters (CEO, National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company), and operational integration of the Trade eConnect Portal for digital trade facilitation.
