The United States has notified the World Trade Organization of a corrigendum to its Hazard Communication Standard, the correction, issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), addresses a clerical error found in the notified measure's reference document. Specifically, the correction pertains to page 572 of rule document 2026-00147, published on 8 January 2026 in the Federal Register (pages 562–598). The error involved missing text below Table B.5.1, which now correctly reads a definition of critical temperature the temperature above which a pure gas cannot be liquefied regardless of the degree of compression along with a clarifying note that aerosols and chemicals under pressure should not be classified as gases under pressure. The correction was published in the Federal Register (91 FR 6760) on 13 February 2026, under Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1910. All actions under this notification are associated with Docket Number OSHA-2019-0001.
