"On October 10, 2025, China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) announced the results of the review for the 15th batch of simplified registration applications for new chemical substances under the Measures for the Registration of Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances (MEE Order No. 12). A total of 21 applications submitted by companies including Guangzhou Kecheng New Materials Co., Ltd., Henkel Loctite (China) Co., Ltd., and others were found to meet regulatory requirements and are intended for approval. The announcement includes details such as reception numbers, substance names, activity types (production or import), and applicants/agents. The public consultation period is from October 10–13, 2025, during which feedback may be submitted via phone, fax, mail, or email (chem@mee.gov.cn)
