"On November 21, 2025, Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) titled "" Application evaluation for the 17th batch of simplified registration certificates for environmental management of new chemical substances in 2025 "" publicly announced the review results for the 17th batch of “new chemical substances” under China’s simplified environmental-management registration scheme.The MEE reviewed 11 applications submitted by various companies; all were found to meet regulatory requirements, and therefore the MEE intends to grant the simplified registration certificates (""Simplified Registration Certificate"") for these substances.
The approved substances include, among others:
1) N-methoxy-N-methylacetamide
2) 7-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2 H-1-naphthalone
3) C14 alkyl polyethoxyglycidyl esters / C12-14 alkyl polyethoxyglycidyl esters
4) 2-fluoro-1-[3-[(1-methyl ethyl)thio]-2-pyridine]-1-acetone
5) Tris(2-isopropyl-4,5-dimethylphenyl)ester phosphite
6) 2,4-dichloro-5,8-dihydropyridine and [3,4-d]pyrimidine-7(6H)-formic acid 1,1-dimethylethyl ester
7) 2,2-Dimethylpropionic acid(2R)-2-hydroxy-2-[(2 S,3S,4R,5S)-3,4,5-tri[(2,2-dimethylpropionyl)oxy]tetrahydrofuran-2-yl]ethylester
8) Bis(acetate)[[bis(dialkylethyl)-polymethyl-tetraazatricyclodosexane-olefin-diol]]dinickel
9) Reaction products of [1,1'-biphenyl]-4,4'-diol with 4-cyclohexylphenol and 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine
10) Enanthate 1,1'-(1-methyl-1,2-ethyldiel)ester
11) Reaction product of 4,4'-oxobiaryl alkyl chloride with a polymer of 4,4'-[2,2,2-trifluoro-1-(trifluoromethyl)ethyl]bis[2-aminophenol] with 2-methyl-2-acrylyl chloride

The public notice sets a public comment / objection period from 21 November to 25 November 2025."
