"On November 25,2025, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China (MEE) published the approval results for the 16th batch of “new chemical substances” under its simplified environmental‑management registration scheme.The announcement includes a table listing the newly approved chemicals, each with a registration number, Chinese name, applicant / agent, and the type of allowed activity (e.g. production or import),
Among the approved entries are compounds such as:
""Hydroxy-hydroxyalkyl-alkyl bismuth salt"" for production/import by a coatings company;
""di[7-oxabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane]"" for import;
A polymer described as ""a polymer of α-hydro-ω-hydroxy-poly(oxy-alkyldiyl) and 1,1′-methylenebis[4-isocyanate phenyl]"" is available for import.
In total, the list includes several new chemical substances approved for either domestic production or import.

2) Bi[7-oxadicyclic [4.1.0]heptane]

5) 1,2-Bis(1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethoxy)ethane
6) 4-allyl oxygen-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine
