These consultations focus on proposed vertebrate testing requirements covering hazard endpoints such as long-term aquatic toxicity, reproductive toxicity, developmental toxicity, genetic toxicity, and repeated dose toxicity. A total of 32 substances are included in the current consultation list, including substances such as 1. 1,4-bis(p-tolylamino)anthraquinone 2. 1,4-bis[[4-(1,1-dimethylethyl)phenyl]amino]-5,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone 3. Amides, C16-18 (even-numbered), N-(hydroxyethyl) 4. Amides, C18-unsatd., N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl) 5. Amides, C8-18 (even numbered) and C18-unsatd., N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl) 6. Amides, C8-18 (even numbered) and C18-unsatd., N-(hydroxyethyl) 7. Ammonium sodium vanadium oxide 8. Ammonium trioxovanadate 9. Ammonium trivanadium octaoxide 10. Asphalt 11. Benzoic acid 12. Dibutyl maleate Stakeholders are encouraged to provide relevant information before the respective deadlines, primarily set for May 8, 2026, with some substances having deadlines of April 10, 2026.
