The notice lists raw materials deemed suitable after examination, along with their permitted usage limits. For example, Phenylene bis-diphenyltriazine is approved as a UV blocking ingredient with a maximum usage limit of 5%, but it must not be used in products that may expose the user’s lungs through inhalation. These designations clarify restrictions and safe use standards for cosmetic ingredients in South Korea, supporting compliance and consumer safety."
