On 18 February 2026, Cosmetics Control Group, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Ministry of Public Health, Thailand organised and held a seminar under the project “Creating Value for Innovative Thai Health Products in the Cosmetics Sector” on 18 February 2026. Objectives: To systematically drive the Thai cosmetics industry forward by integrating cooperation among government agencies, the private sector, academia, and research institutions, to create added value for innovative Thai health and cosmetic products. Highlights of the Seminar: A. Focused on enhancing the value of Thai innovative health products, specifically in the cosmetics sector. B. Emphasised collaboration across all stakeholders to support industry development, innovation, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth of Thai cosmetics. C. Part of the FDA’s ongoing efforts to promote “FDA Smart Service and Regulation for Ease of Doing Business” and strengthen the competitiveness of Thai cosmetic manufacturers and entrepreneurs. The announcement was published on the official FDA Cosmetics website (cosmetic.fda.moph.go.th) as a dedicated press release and meeting notice. The event aligns with the FDA’s broader initiatives to build capacity, encourage innovation, and ensure Thai cosmetic products meet international standards while creating higher economic value for the country.
