,"The Republic of Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) has notified the WTO of a draft Enforcement Decree and Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Management of Harmfulness of Tobacco. The draft specifies procedures for analyzing harmful substances in tobacco and the operation of the Tobacco Harmfulness Management Policy Committee. The objective is the adoption of domestic law for the protection of human health and safety. The proposed adoption and entry into force dates are to be determined. Comments can be submitted until 17 November 2025. "
