On 18 May 2026 Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) published a public notice (May 18–20, 2026) on the review outcome for the 8th batch of simplified environmental management registration applications for new chemical substances in 2026. Six applications met the Measures’ requirements and are proposed for approval; details were provided in an attached table. The notice invites public reference to the application information per Article 24 and indicates the applications cover both import and domestic production activities.
