Following the implementation of Indonesia's Minister of Industry Regulation No. 20 of 2025, effective 4 May 2026, powdered vegetable creamers are subject to mandatory Indonesian National Standard (SNI) compliance and enhanced registration requirements. Powdered Vegetable Creamer (Powdered Vegetable Beverage Creamer) is classified under Food Category 01.3.2 (010302000006) and must be registered as a Medium-High Risk processed food. Manufacturers are required to hold the relevant business licences (KBLI 10520 and KBLI 10795) and obtain a Product Certification for Use of SNI Mark (SPPT SNI). Registration submissions must include product composition, production process details, shelf life information, label design, SNI certification documents and analytical reports, nutritional analysis data, and other applicable regulatory documentation. The changes strengthen regulatory oversight and standardization requirements for vegetable creamer products marketed in Indonesia.
