On June 17th, 2026, the World Trade Organization (WTO) circulated an addendum notifying the adoption of amendments to Ukraine's Technical Regulation on Cosmetic Products. The measure was adopted through Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 737 on 4 June 2026, amending Resolution No. 65 of 20 January 2021 governing cosmetic products. The adopted resolution updates the existing technical regulation for cosmetic products, reflecting amendments to the regulatory framework applicable to the manufacture and placing on the market of cosmetics in Ukraine. The notification confirms the completion of the legislative process for the previously notified draft measure. The Resolution was officially published on 13 June 2026 and is scheduled to enter into force on 13 December 2026, six months after its official publication.
