Concordia Traders (Aust) Pty Ltd has initiated a recall of its “Enoki Mushroom 350g” product due to microbial contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.

The affected product was sold in Asian grocery stores across Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), and South Australia (SA), Australia.

The recall applies to products marked with:

Listeria monocytogenes can cause serious illness, particularly in pregnant women, unborn babies, newborns, elderly individuals, and people with weakened immune systems. The general population may also become ill after consuming contaminated food.

Consumers are advised not to consume the product and should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. Individuals concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
