On December 12, 2025, China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) publicly disclosed the approval results for the 17th batch of simplified registration certificates for environmental management of new chemical substances in 2025. The MEE approved applications submitted by various companies, confirming that these substances meet regulatory requirements, and therefore the Simplified Registration Certificates are granted. The approved substances include, among others: 1. N-methoxy-N-methylacetamide 2. 7-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2 H-1-naphthalone 3. C14 alkyl polyethoxyglycidyl esters C12-14 alkyl polyethoxyglycidyl esters 4. 2-fluoro-1-[3-[(1-methyl ethyl)thio]-2-pyridine]-1-acetone 5. Tris(2-isopropyl-4,5-dimethylphenyl)ester phosphite 6. 2,4-dichloro-5,8-dihydropyridine and [3,4-d]pyrimidine-7(6H)-formic acid 1,1-dimethylethyl ester 7. 2,2-Dimethylpropionic acid(2R)-2-hydroxy-2-[(2 S,3S,4R,5S)-3,4,5-tri[(2,2-dimethylpropionyl)oxy]tetrahydrofuran-2-yl]ethylester 8. Bis(acetate)[[bis(dialkylethyl)-polymethyl-tetraazatricyclodosexane-olefin-diol]]dinickel 9.
