A total of five applications were reviewed and found to meet requirements; these are being publicly disclosed for comment and transparency. The announcement includes details on applicant names, substance names, activity types, and any specific environment management requirements. The approved substances include the following: 1. N,N,N',N'-tetraethylsilanediamine 2. [Polymer of 2-oxacycloheptanone with 1,6-diisocyanate combined with hexane and 2-ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol)] of diisopropyl malonate and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether (polymer of 2-xahocyclic heptone and 1,6-diisocyanate) and 2-methyl-2-butanol] with 2-methyl-2-butanol 3. 1,1'-(1,2-ethylene diyl)bis(4-styrene) 4. 4-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2,6-difluorobenzoic acid 5. 2,2'-[9-H-fluorene-9-subunit bis(6,2-naphthalene dioxy)]bis[ethanol] The public notice sets a public comment / objection period from 12 December to 16 December 2025.
