On April 3, 2026, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) released the approval results of the fifth batch of simplified registration certificates for environmental management of new chemical substances in 2026. In accordance with the Regulations on Open Government Information of the People's Republic of China (State Council Order No. 711), the ministry disclosed the list of approved simplified registrations under its chemical environmental management framework. The listed substances have been reviewed and approved for production or import under simplified environmental registration procedures. The approved chemical substances include: 1. 2,4,6-tributyl-1,3,5,2,4,6-trioxotriphosphosphonic 2,4,6-trioxide 2. Gelatin is a polymer of bis(isocyanate) methyl)benzene, hydrolyzed 3-(triethoxysilyl)-N-[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]-1-propyl, pectin and trihydroxymethylpropane 3. Dis(2,5-dioxypyrrolidin-1-yl) carbonate 4. N-[3-(2-chloro-5-fluorophenyl)-6-(5-cyano-[1,2,4]triazole[1,5-a]pyridine-6-yl)-1-oxoisoindoleline-4-yl]-3-fluoro-5-(trifluoromethyl)benzoamide 5. 1-(3-fluoropropyl)azacyclobutane-3-amine 1,2-ethane disulfonate 6. N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-nitrosoaniline 7. (2S)-2-[[(4R,7 S,10 S,13 S,16 S,19R)-19-acetylamino-7-(4-acetylaminobutyl)-16-(2-amino-2-oxyethyl)-13-[(1 R)-1-tert-butoxyethyl]-3,3,20,20-tetramethyl-10-[(7-methyl-1 H-indole-3-yl)methyl]-6,9,12,15,18-pentaoxo-1,2-dithio-5,8,11,14,17-pentazacycloeicosane-4-carbonyl]amino]-3-[4-[2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)ethoxy]phenyl]propionic acid 8. 4,4'-[[6-[[4-[[(1,1-dimethyl)amino]carbonyl]phenyl]amino]-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl]diaimimino]bis-benzoic acid 1,1'-bis(2-ethylhexyl)ester These approvals confirm compliance with China's environmental management requirements for new chemical substances under simplified registration procedures, allowing regulated production and import activities.
