A total of five comments were received. After careful consideration, the authorities decided not to amend the draft order based on the submitted opinions. The finalized Cabinet Order was promulgated on May 22, 2026. This amendment is part of Japan’s ongoing efforts in environmental conservation and chemical safety regulation. Stakeholders should refer to the official notice for full details and ensure compliance with the revised Enforcement Order following its promulgation.
