The amendments cover technical standards for manufacturing and handling perfluorooctanoic acids (PFOs), including rules for licensed and non-licensed manufacturers, as well as labeling requirements on containers, packaging, and invoices to prevent environmental contamination. The comment period runs from September 16, 2025, 17:00, to October 15, 2025, 23:59. Stakeholders can access draft materials via the e-Gov portal or ministry websites, and submit comments through the e-Gov portal, email, or postal mail. Submitted comments will be reviewed collectively by all three ministries. Personal information will be managed appropriately, and comments may be made public, with sensitive details redacted.
