On April 23, 2026, the European Chemicals Agency will host an online workshop presenting the results of a pilot project conducted by its Enforcement Forum on the enforcement of notifications to poison centres. The event will bring together stakeholders, including representatives from accredited organisations and national enforcement authorities, to discuss key findings, challenges, and recommendations arising from the project. The workshop aims to support improved compliance with poison centre notification (PCN) obligations by facilitating dialogue between regulators and industry participants. It will provide an overview of enforcement outcomes, encourage exchange of best practices, and gather feedback to inform future compliance and inspection activities. The event will be livestreamed, allowing broader public participation without registration.
