The UK Health and Safety Executive has expanded the UK REACH Candidate List with 15 new Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs), increasing compliance obligations for businesses across supply chains. The newly listed substances are primarily linked to carcinogenicity, mutagenicity, and reproductive toxicity, requiring immediate communication, SDS updates, and potential notifications where present above 0.1% w/w.
